Let's see....the story of my life....
I am German and Irish. My grandma will be quick to pull out that we have some Indian in us, too. By the time genetics got to my sister and I, we are not very much Indian at all. My entire family is Catholic, and I went to Catholic schools all of my life, except third and fourth grade.
Adventures? Every day can be an adventure for me. There is always something challenging or an opportunity for me to create a challenge for myself, purposely or not. I went to Mizzou my freshman year, KU my sophomore year, and started K-State my Junior year. While there are legitimate reasons for me college- hopping, I feel K-State is where I belong. A few instances and situations were thrown at me and I just happened to dodge in the direction of Manhattan. I am glad.
In August of 2007, I went to see a friend in Belgium. She lived in Kansas City with a friend of mine while I was commuting to KU my sophomore year. It was a blast and I hope I get to wander around Europse again! There is something about just walking around in an unknown place. Fancy building with amazing architect just baffles my mind, leaving me craving more. Not to mention the FOOD! :)
Insights I have for the world...
take a chance, take a risk. What is really the worst outcome? I have tried not to be concerned with money and live my life. Somehow the bills always get paid. If an experience is truly worth you spending time on, then it is priceless.
